As we're getting "a certain" age, having a partner individually, it's a kind of unusual that catch up with your friends without their partners. I'm not saying that I don't like hang up with my friends including their partners but I just did have a good time last night with 4 of my old friends, just 4 of us. It feels like you going back to the old time you used to share with your old friends.
I used to hang up with my friend J for movies, lunch, coffee or dinner. They were all together sometimes, which means we spent about 6 hours talking craps. But now I meet him with his girlfriend all the time as she is also my good friend. Preferably I meet them each at least once in a while. Well, this might be because it's a tricky job to use Japanese and English mixed for them.
