I inspected 7 rooms of 5 apartments yesterday and barely 2 rooms were slightly ok for me.

An enormous sum of money you need to rent a room in Tokyo, my dear! Normally 6 times one months rent you have to pay in advance and you may get 2 months back from it later if you're really really lucky.

As my critical pay situation, I can't afford bigger rooms. Even if it wouldn't be that small, it would be without sunshine or with an electric range which I hate.

I don't have to move out parents' right away so I can take my time to find somewhere is worth to pay one third of my savings. Although I still don't know if it's good idea that I move out from my parents'. It might be better to stay and save money for another possibilities like going abroad to study which is sometimes active sometimes weak in my feelings.
