The rainy season gone and here comes the Summer!!

For better or worse I enjoyed "the Summerness" last weekend.


I went to see a fireworks festival which is the most spectacular summer events in Japan. We got to the river side early that afternoon to get a space, otherwise we would be a part of a bloody sticky crowd and hard to find a space to sit, and had a picnic until the show begins.



There was a nice river breeze to cool you down.


Yesterday, I happened to be passing Ueno park where is famous for dead body, tourists found a body floating in the pond 2 days ago, and homeless people. Especially for the season of lotus, the park was packed with people which classified these types,

The contrast of the middle aged amateur cameramen caring huge expensive cameras and the middle aged homeless people was pretty impressive.

Anyway, it's been bloody hot and I've got a haircut.
