I've been working for the same company since I back from Australia in 2005. I started as a part time worker then became an contract worker last April and now, from this month, I'm full time worker finally. A big difference between the two, contract and full time, is Summer and Winter bonus, extra a month pay in each time which means I get 14 months pay a year. It sounds good but not great because my mother gets 2 extra months pay in both the Summer and the Winter and that is not special thing.
Compare to the companies like I used to work for, just get bonus is lucky. At the first interview I asked former president if I would get bonus, cause the condition said I do, and he replied "You can get one when you can, you can't when you can't." Then I only get one time in the three years. Just one time of less than a month pay. That was so disappointing.
That's why I can deal with at least I get.
